DESCRIPTION: In this wor‍‍‍kshop we will try to show you as many different examples of how the Holy Spirit can use words to interact with us. With different workstations round the room you can choose from options under three headings. Quiet, Collaborative, or Loud. It will be a very practical time of trying new things and letting the Holy Spirit weave words round you, in you and through you.

DESCRIPTION: ‍‍‍To step into ‘craftsmanship’ is to step into a higher level of handmade quality a‍‍‍nd design.  As craftsmen with the indwelling of the Spirit, we have a even higher calling to step into and a higher level of quality to produce.  How do you hone your craft to that high of a level and how do you fight for a true expression of excellence in your field without getting stuck in the rut of perfectionism?  Join in this time of interactive discussion to get practical understanding that will help you in this process.

Matt Jones: Matt is a very passionate follower of Christ that feeds off the creative release of the prophetic. He is eager and hungry to find new levels of revelation and true growth, then to bring that into the culture around him. Matt launched and currently operates a couple of small companies and also helps run a long time family business.  He has been part of pioneering creative start ups and helped push older businesses into further creative growth.  

His work has been published in international design magazines and he has produced high end products for well known actors and designers within the USA and internationally.  Although he has worked within the Christian sphere, he has spent most of his time with the spiritually seeking creators of the design and fabrication world. H‍‍‍e began as an apprentice in metalwork at age 13 learning to become a true craftsman that is certified in 4 different types of welding, achieving levels of recognised excellence in the fields of design, welding, and woodwork. He prides himself in expressing God’s tangi‍‍‍ble presence in the pieces he produces. He also attended college for computer design, computer animation, and overseas missions. He currently lives in the small town of Clemmons, North Carolina USA with Amber, his beautiful wife for more than 10 years. Anna Griffin: Anna is a force to be reckoned with! With a tremendous love of people and community she has served on numerous mission teams over many years with compassion and gifting. Anna leads the BlueFlame Movem‍‍‍ent Team which encourages and enables people in dance and movement as vehicles for worship, prayer and finding tremendous freedom in God. She has gone to several nations teaching and activating people into joyful creativity wherever she goes.

WORKSHOP: THE MI‍‍‍NISTRY OF MOVEMENT & SOUND WITH ANNA GRIFFIN

‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍DESCRIPTION: An interactive workshop harmonising biblical references for movement and connecting them to our own respond as we celebrate God, using our unique identity as a form of expressive worship.  Creating space for prophetic movement provides a place of liberating response for the presence of God. WHAT TO BRING: Something to take notes on, footwear and comfortable clothing suitable for dance and movement, a water bottle.

Stephen Roach is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, public-speaker, author, and poet from the USA.. He is the founding member of the cinematic-folk band Songs of Water and pioneering visionary of The Breath & the Clay creative arts movement.  Stephen has written and recorded six albums and contributed music to independent films and commercials as well as the works of recording artists Ricky Skaggs, Jonathan David Helser, John Mark McMillan, Sean Feucht and many others.

Stephen travels internationally, performing and conducting workshops and keynotes on creativity and the pursuit of God.  He has taught as a guest speaker at The 18 Inch Journey and Selah Ministries Creative Worship Schools.  He served as Worship Pastor and Creative Arts Director for Awake Church in Winston Salem, NC.  Currently, he is hosting his own Makers and Mystics podcast and working on his first book of non-fiction prose. WORKSHOP: KINGDOM CLASS & MULTIPLICITY ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍WIT‍‍‍H GREG CARD

DESCRIPTION: This workshop will focus on the continuing expansion of the Visual Arts both in the world and in the church.  Your role as an art maker or appreciator in this exciting dynamic time, along with issues of cross current technology will be explored. Although the emphasis will be on the "Visual Arts" the concurrent disciplines of dance and performance will be touched upon. This will be an interactive session with a time for Q & A.

Greg Card: Working with insight to establish a balance of the Visual Arts within contemporary Christian culture, Greg and Susan Card bring their extensive career experiences as professional artists to help with the formation of excellence in the coming Kingdom Arts.

Currently residing in South Carolina, USA they oversee The Advancing Art Team at Morningstar Ministries in Fort Mill, USA, continue to exhibit in galleries, and are commissioned as public artists painting at numerous international conference venues. Greg and Susan are fre‍‍‍quent guest speakers and minister in the visual arts at various churches and groups. ‍‍‍WORKSHOP: CATCHING THE BREATH OF THE SPIRIT: PAINTING ‍‍‍& DRAWING IN RESPONSE TO SOUND with susan card & musicians

Thurs 27th 3.40pm - 5.00pm Main Hall

DESCRIPTION: This is a hands on art workshop with musicians playing live music! Learn how to flow intuitively and express visually what you are hearing, sensing or seeing using your favorite art materials. Whether you are a skilled artist or at the beginning of your journey of discovery this workshop is for you. There will be an opportunity during the evening session to practice what you have experienced.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring painting or drawing materials of your choice including paper or canvas (A2 or larger) and large brushes. If intending to work with paint or any kind of liquid (and we hope you are) please bring an adequate sized ground cover(plastic or cloth), paper towels and materials to clean up your area and water/liquid holders. Please note we respect the furnishing in the workshop room and cannot use spray in this area.

Robyn Stewart is a worship leader at H20 Ministries International in Johannesburg, South Africa. She loves to explore God in worship with an adventurous spirit. She is also a teacher of prophetic courses with Streams Ministries International

When it comes to ministry, Robyn has no greater passion than worship and the prophetic. When leading worship, she is always looking to follow God’s heart & invite into His presence to allow life-changing encounters to take place. She wants to help believers connect ‍‍‍more fully in worship and wrote a course called The Art of Worship. She has served in prophetic ministry for 12 years and also loves all things creative.

Sarah Dowling Sarah and Chris Dowling co-pastor King's Inverness Church, where Sarah has also served as a worship leader for the last few years. She loves to encourage people in worship and see them activel‍‍‍y engaged in God's presence. For her, worship  is about hearing the truth of the gospel, that good news of Jesus, and expressing that back to God in any number of creative ways. She believes He is truly awesome and her heart is to tell Him that continuously and encourage others to do so as well!

WORKSHOP: SPONTANEOUS & PROPHETIC WORSHIP: JOURNEYING INTO THE HEART OF GOD ‍‍‍with ROBYN‍‍‍ STEWART, SARAH DOWLING & MUSICIANS

DESCRIPTION: Worship is so much more than a song that we sing or play. It goes far beyond playing the right note and singing in perfect melody. Worship is an opportunity to find and connect deeply with the Father’s heart and to partner with Him in releasing that into a space. Finding that spontaneous/prophetic moment may seem daunting, but it doesn’t have to. It is an opportunity to sing a song that has never been sung, to move Him in a way that nothing else can. This workshop will include teaching, as well as spending time in worship, stewarding the moment and pressing into His presence.

WHAT TO BRING: Notebooks/journals. Rhythm instruments and instruments that do not require power or amplification.. Please note that there is no space to store your instrument in the building so please bring smaller instruments, or make sure you can store them in your own vehicle at other times. You are responsible for the safety of your instrument in the building.

Karen Beaton:‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ Karen, a Christian for 35yrs, has always been passionate about following Jesus but it was when she became the Blue Flame Photographer that her relationship with God became so much deeper. From the early beginnings of taking photographs of the team in action she learned to be guided by the Holy ‍‍‍Spirit in her photography with surprising results. The Blue Flame Website is full of her photographic and poetic journey.Writing and Poetry also developed; expressing not only her own deepening journey but also declaring powerful prophetic messages for the church. Karen was the official photographer at CLAN for 6years and with Blue Flame since 2011. Serving over the years with Gathering of the Artisans, the Art of Easter Exhibition and Inverness Cathedral.
